*Your one year plan will be charged at $58 per month for 12 months and includes a one time sign up fee of $225, which is charged for ALL of our plans, promo or not, which is either paid in full at sign up or can be applied in installments and paid within the first six months of your plan. Early cancellation fee of $350 will apply. Housecleaning promo includes one cleaning at the start of your service term with a crew of 2 for 2 hours, option of additional cleaning time over 2 hour promo for $45 per hour.
