Your Home Manager is a trained professional in residential construction, trades, and property management and maintenance. He or she will be your primary contact for concerns and questions, and will plan and oversee any services your home needs. They will develop an ongoing plan that includes regular maintenance, repair, replacement of appliances and major systems, as well as other household services your family needs, such as pool cleaning, housecleaning, and landscape maintenance.

Whenever your home needs service, your Home Manager will select qualified home service professionals to do the job. They will competitively bid for your project, and your Home Manager will personally supervise their work to ensure all services meet the highest expectations.
