My realtor referred me to Aperture Home Management telling me they do free home inspections if you sign up for their service. I thought to myself could just be a gimmick but I needed a home inspection, and my realtor said it is a reasonable price anyway. I had my inspection done, it was a reasonable price at $285 for the size of my home. And 4 months in after signing up, the price of the home inspection is reimbursed each month on my monthly service fee, which is only $65. This includes a once monthly visit from my Home Manager. They offer a home appliance repair plan too and I can see my monthly balance available each month. I feel it is a great service and haven't had any troubles or problems. They seem very proactive and I recommend it for anyone owning a home, especially if you aren't good at maintaining it yourself or have not time.
